The VIII Intenational Paderewski Piano Competition is financed by the Bydgoszcz City Hall

The Competition is a member of the Alink - Argerich Foundation since 2004.

The Competition is a member of the World Federation of International Music Competitions based in Geneva since 2010.

Wernigerode (Germany)

April 30th – May 3th, 2010, Mr. Henryk Martenka, the Director of the VIII International Paderewski Piano Competition (IPPC) spent his time in Wernigerode (Germany) on the 1st ‘Neue Sterne’ International Piano Competition.

Mr. Martenka was invited by the Artistic Director of the Comeption – Albert Mamriev, Professor on the Music Academy in Hannover, the laureate of the several piano competitions, who have performed with the greatest symphonic orchestras all over the world.

In the Jury were two of the VIIII IPPC Jurors – Prof. Bernd Goetzke, Gemany and Alexander Braginsky, USA.

Mr. Martenka gave all the guests all information and flyers about the next edition of the International Paderewski Piano Competition 2010 and Paderewski Piano Academy 2010.
